Structural formula: CH3CH2OCSSNa
Characteristics: Light yellow powder, soluble in water and alcohol, and capable of forming insoluble compounds with metal ions such as cobalt, copper, and nickel.
Applications: As a collector for the flotation of sulfide ores, this product belongs to the xanthate series. It exhibits moderate collecting power and strong selectivity. When used in combination with a sulfidizing agent, it can be applied to the flotation of copper and lead oxide ores. Additionally, it can be used for the purification of zinc electrolytes and also serves as a rubber vulcanization accelerator.
Specification: Complies with the requirements of YS/T 268-2003 standard.
Packaging: In open-top steel drums lined with plastic bags, or in modified small-mouth steel drums; net weight per drum: 120 kg.
Packaged in woven bags, each bag has a net weight of 40 kg.
Storage and Transportation Requirements: The product should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated area and protected against moisture, fire, and direct sunlight. It must not be stored or transported together with incompatible substances.
Note: If the customer has special requirements for product quality or packaging, these shall be fulfilled in accordance with the technical specifications and packaging requirements stipulated in the agreement signed by both parties.
Safety Precautions: This product is in powder form and has a slightly alkaline nature, making it irritating to the skin. When opening the container and during use, be sure to wear rubber gloves, a dust mask, and safety goggles to prevent inhalation of dust particles. If the product comes into contact with skin or eyes accidentally, immediately rinse thoroughly with plenty of running water for at least 15 minutes.
