[Main Chemical Components] The production process of flotation agents 920A and 920B involves a physicochemical reaction in which oxygen is combined with phase-transfer lipophilic reactions to create a new reagent. This reagent contains alcohols extracted from abundant natural-grade vegetable oils, as well as chemically synthesized esters and ethers that serve as frothers.
【Specifications】Complies with Q/JBMC001:2011 standard
【Scope of Application】The flotation reagents 920A and 920B exhibit broad-spectrum mineral separation selectivity and are suitable for the recovery of non-ferrous metals such as gold, silver, copper, iron, lead, zinc, antimony, tungsten, uranium, molybdenum, potassium, indium, phosphorus, as well as coal and graphite. In the flotation of lead-zinc ores, these reagents require low dosages, demonstrate excellent foaming performance, enable rapid flotation of sulfide minerals, and minimize the entrainment of tin in sulfide minerals. During the separation of sulfide minerals, they can yield high-quality lead-antimony concentrates and indium-zinc concentrates, thereby improving both the grade and recovery rate of the concentrates.
[Key Points] The flotation agents 920A and 920B are packaged in iron drums or plastic drums, each with a net weight of 185 kg. Users with suitable storage conditions can also opt for full-tank truck delivery. This product has a flash point greater than 86°C and is not classified as a flammable substance for transportation purposes. It is advisable to avoid storing the product in open-air environments to prevent exposure to direct sunlight and rain. According to provincial-level monitoring, this product is non-irritating to human skin and can be used with confidence.Indicator Name
